Policy of Use
Your gift card is good for one year from the date of purchase
(six months for The Relaxer). Any unused balance will be
forfeited. We want you to gain the most benefit from your
massage gift card program possible.
Any balance that you may have on your gift card is transferable
while the card is valid. So, you can share your card, or
give a friend one of your massages.
Best Ways To Use The Program (listed from
most preferred to least)
- Standing Appointment--The single best
way to ensure you get the most from your program is to
set up a standing appointment. A standing appointment
helps you maintain stress free scheduling. One of our
massage professionals will call to confirm your appointment.
- Personal Reminder Call--Let us know
when we should call you and we will. Maybe it will be
one a month or every other week, it's your call. We want
you to use all your massage in the timely manner that
will give you the results you deserve.
- You Call Us-- Of course you can always
call us. Our experience shows that people forget so do
it periodically to get the most from the program.
Remember we work by appointment only. No walk-ins. Our days
are often filled so last minute appointments are rare. It
is a first come first serve basis, so set your appointments
early. You can always reschedule. Just give us 24 hours
notice. You will receive confirmation call for all appointments.
